STRANGE SEASONS

Besides winter summer spring and fall
The Bible names them all
A time to dance, a time to weep
A time to wake, a time to sleep
The world is cruel but God is kind
What of him herein we find
Is worth the other, all the pain
That comes to each and every man
Every life has bitterness,
Sometimes a silent hidden thing
Every mind has its wilderness
But faith can help the wounded sing
And love can light an empty sky.
Though all must mourn and all men die
